Ok I started this old 400 Kaw with a friend of mine that wanted to learn how to weld and do some fabircate along with painting to too. Well we stopped on it a couple years ago because she didn't have the time. Well I drug it back out and going to finish it. The pics are from when I last left with it will be adding as I go. I built a frame rack for it and converted the tail section to a hard tail I did the fab work and design. The only thing I used from the old tail section was the tubbing and the axle stays from the swing arm. Using a sportster tank, and harley forward controls. I had to make all the brackets to hang the controls, that was a nightmare. I made a battery box and putting all the electrical stuff in the box. Formed sheet metal side covers, made the seat pan. The bike is low! So thats a little about it and lets see if I can get this bitch done because its been a night mare at time. Enjoy! Attachments:
