If it is the one I am thinking of I would stay away from it. I offered them $100. It has no title. The only thing it would be good for is parts and most of them look all rusty.

That is the issue I had as well. If they are a decent deal the bikes are gone in 24hrs or less. I found my bike 30 mins after the guy had posted it. Told him I would buy it and would be there the next morning with the cash. I pulled up and there where two other guys there looking at it. I had planned on checking the bike out and doing a compression test. Decided not to take a chance losing bike so I just handed the guy the cash. Keep looking you will find one. If you have a smartphone there is a clist app that will give you notifications. That is what I used.

yea, that has happened twice to me now. I do have that cl app but I've only been using for instate. I probably need to start using it for the neighboring states. Thanks for all your help so far. I really appreciate it!

Not a problem. Ohio seems to be a hot bed for these bikes. I thought that was the only way I was going to get one was buy going over there. Then one day one showed up about 25 miles from my house.

Thompson, have you had any luck? I have seen several come across C-list the last couple weeks.

Yes! I picked up a cb 350 for $400 a few weeks ago. Found it in ohio just like you said. I used that craigslist app. I've been working on it since then and finally got her running last weekend. Thank you so much for all the help.
