does anyone know of a duplex or smaller house in the Brownsburg/Cleremont area for rent? iv'e got to get out of this slum apartment complex i live in.
anything from 400-550 per month.
any help would be great.

I have a house for rent possibly, but its 890 per month. in brownsburg. cleremont might have some less expensive rentals.

hey guys,i appreciate the replies.
i actually found a really nice place today WITH A GARAGE!!!!!!! im in heaven. lol!
im a little short on the deposit,so if anyone is looking for triumph 650 parts,please let me know. im selling a ton of stuff for very cheap. the ad is on CL. not sure if im supposed to say that on here,but this is kind of crucial. i dont want to loose this place. nice neighborhood,no slum lord,and it's quiet. PLUS,the landlord loves bikes and says i can do anything i want in the garage!

its not a sealed deal yet. wasnt expecting to find a place that quick and for that kind of money. just gotta raise a little bit of $ for the deposit and then im golden from there on out.

46th street & Arlington.
the neighborhood is real nice,but the surroundings are crap. which is fine.
it's off of Emerson. pretty close to most everything.
and for what he wants for monthly rent is awesome. i would expect a place like that would be around 800 per month.
