i am in dire need of a hex/octagon old aftermarket chopper oil tank with the chain cut out on the bottom. i ruined mine this weekend and it wont hold oil. if anyone has one,please message me. thanks fellers.

It finally gave out? Is there any way to cut and weld it? You should get a chain roller too.

yeah man,its toast. not really any way to repair it since its already been repaired a zillion times. lol! yeah,i need to get a roller as well.

I'll keep an eye out. I can check with the Evil Bunny one of my dads best friends. He rides a 56 knuckle that is way out there. He may have something in the hole out back.

they didnt make a 56 knucklehead. last year of the knuck was 47. 36-47. lol!
i got it covered. got my tank tig welded today by Jo-Kerr fabrication and my buddy Todd is sending me a nice replacement tomorrow. i appreciate it though man. ring me up.

Shows you what I know about old hardley motors. He either has a 47knuck in a 56 pan frame or other way around. He always refered to it as a knuckle head when i was a little kid. I'll buzz you tonight, but i think Eric and i are going to JRS Friday if you want to ride with.

give me a ring. tried calling you back last night. but im headed to Bainbridge (King Tiger) friday. gonna go help work on a bike,bbq,and party a little. Eric may be coming out saturday. im gonna be staying the night out there.
