i was just sittin'around thinking about what motorcycle sounds the best as you get on it and shift through the gears, my all time favorite has to be a kawasaki triple as it hits the power band and screams away, love that sound! whats some of your favorites?

I would have to say an Ariel square four. I've only heard one once, but they make a really unique sound with that 4 parallel square!

A Harley with straight pipes......... Is that really 10 empty beer cans sitting there on my desk?
Let's scratch that ill sounding Harley. I am going to say the Yamaha RZ500, but just about any two stroke sounds great to me!

One of those old Honda 6 cylinder 350cc race bikes from the late 60s,nothing else quite sounds like it.

I like the sound of the 1970's 750-4 Hondas
But My favorite sound is the 650 and 750 british twins. Not open exhaust piped but with low resistant exhaust. I really like the sound of my 750 Triumph with Norton Peashooter mufflers and pipes. The head exhaust ports had to be opened up to accomodate the larger diameter pipes. It has a nice low bass sound without being too loud.

As far as Harleys go,those xr 750s that they hillclimb with sound really bad ass when they run em on nitro.
