Ok Honda guys Got my new longer chain today since I installed a longer swing arm. When I went to put the new chain on I noticed that the front sprocket is somewhat loose on the splined transmision output shaft. Anyone know if this is how this is suposed to be or should this be tight on the shaft with no play? I would think it should be tight but thought I would ask you honda guys first. My bikes always had drive shafts so this is new to me but my guess I need to replace the sprocket although there is only 4,000 miles on this bike. Click picture to see video!

I think the bolts are shouldered and bottom out to give a little shock cushion .

You also might check the rear sprocket isolators, them are known to crack and break causing chain failure, those 450 s really vibrate and if the isolators are bad the bolts can shear off causing a bad situation.
