Hello cafepunk,
I can understand pads, but a new caliper and rotor?
Most of the time pistons get seized up in calipers due too their make up of stainless shell and inner steel slug. The stainless usually pits and the steel starts corroding. Their are ways to remove a seized piston. And Honda rotors are usually bullet proof. Unless it was in an accident.
You can always find a donor bike for cheap and use what you need or you can get used parts from Cycle Recycle Part II over on 10th street. Hope this helps, if not let us know more on whats going on or happening.

+ 1 on barnfinder. Get yourself a manual if you don't already have one and tear into it. I would imagine some of it is cleanable/repairable.
