Sorry the pics are dark, we'll do better next time. This is where we quit tonight. Chopped the back of frame, set the front fender over the rear, removed the factory gauges and set a smaller speedo in place.

The one from the front. He doesn't want a front fender, so we moved it to the back. We haven't mounted it yet, its just sitting in place.

The last pics are crappy phone pics, I'm taking better pics tonight with a real camera.
