ok i have a question. i got new carbs from tango and i put them on to see if they fit and the boots were just real old and hard and just a hair to big but they felt like if they were not swollen up and hard they wood fit,
but what im trying to say is i can only find for up to 76 and and 78 up will the 76 cb750k boots work or cb750f

You can try soaking the boots in a mixture of 30% wintergreen oil and 70% Xylol,let set overnite.The xylol cleans the gas and dirt and the oil lubricates the rubber.The boots may swell but may return to size after some time,did this on my cb 550 and worked well.I got the wintergreen oil of of Ebay and xylol at Menards,the bike smells like wintergreen after a ride but its better than rock hard boots that dont seal.

I heard transmission fluid is a good soak as well
