I am looking for suggestions from the Indy area for places or people to go to for help freshening up a CB750c. I picked it up at the end of the season this year and only got about 2 rides in before winterizing it, although it ran fine, it did seem to have some issues. Probably carb tuning related and a bit of a tick from the engine may suggest valve adjustment is in order (based on what I have read from other forums)... I'm mildly mechnically inclined but know enough to know when things are out of my league. I am also working incredibly long hours, traveling a lot and attempting to help plan a wedding so chances of having the time to read up on the required tasks is unlikely let alone actually doing it. I guess unfortunately I am to the point of seeking professional help and shelling out the corresponding funds. Would rather have it done right the first time than try and jack with it myself and throw money at parts I don't need or break in the process. Thanks

Thanks guys I will keep these suggestions in mind. Bike is currently stored out of town in a family member's garage since there has been a motorcycle theft problem at my current apartments but later in the winter I will be looking to prep it for spring and get to the corresponding meet n greets it looks like this board tries hard to facilitate.

There are plenty of others in the city that are good mechanics/restorers. I just happen to deal with the Honda CB's primarily the CB750. I did a semi restore on the one pictured below last winter and am rebuilding two more as we speak. Tore it all the way down, fresh paint, wheel bearings, spokes, Top end rebuild, etc........
