I bought micro drill bits, I think they are for jewelry? And a chuck for my dremel. Used my micrometer to find the correct sizes of micro drill bits and that's it. I did .8mm and 1.2 mm which are 80/120 in jet size. It's worth a shot if it runs bad I'll just order new ones.

That sure is nice. The only think that would make it look better is spokes! I've just never liked mags except on my mid 80 GT preformer BMX bike.

Spokes would make it look more old school.but harder to clean.

Not a fan of the CX"s but man they make a sweet Cafe Racer. Nice project!

I think the mags really set that bike off. The cx's and goldwings that people modify look like freaking tanks!

I kinda like the mags. It would be more cafe with spokes but want to keep it very rideable and easy to keep on the road as well. (not that spokes aren't, I just don't wanna go to the trouble to switch)

I've been thinking how to put an acs rotor on my RD project so I can do some bar spins... ;D i like the mags on bikes if thats what they came with...or maybe a set of kimtab snowflakes if the works with the bike |

Hi, im working on getting a cx5 running. I got it in mostly parts, just got the carbs rebuilt. Didnt remove one but do you know if there is supposed to be a choke cable?

Yeah there is a choke cable, it attaches to the same bracket that the throttle cables do.
