Wiring is ran thru the clubmans for cleaner look. Cables ran for routing. Turn signal, high beam and neutral indicators mounted. Will be forming the tail section, seat out of high density foam and then do a sandwich composite layup. Then it will be taken all apart for finishing and paint. While the motor gets tore down for new gaskets and seals. Barn, If you have a chance could you get some pictures of how you do the tail section? I hope to be doing a cafe one day. The seat is one of the things I was wondering about doing my self or just buying one already done.

Looking great! Is there any problem with air not getting to the electronics to keep them cool? I am hoping to get a CB next year to do a Cafe.

They are not to be completely encapsulated. Rectifier is the only concern. I can always move to under the cross tube support over the rear wheel.

The headlight ears are Emgo universal mounts. And the overlays are an ebay item. Fairly easy installation.
