I have a nice 67 tc250 x6 scrambler. a guy is bugging me to sell it to him. i dont want to sell it. but if the price is right . I just don't wanna get screwed. I know they are rare . pics available. thanks for any info

Yes pictures!!! How much is he offering? If I can double what I paid for a bike I think about it real hard. If I can triple or more it's no question to me.

He wont make a real offer. wants me to give him a price. LIke i said i dont wanna screw myself or anyone else. Ill try to get pic posted for ya all to see. she's got a lot of chrome I've never seen on an x6. she's pretty cool and in awesome shape to be un restored. i think you'll dig her. If you don't want to sell it, and you don't have to sell it, don't sell it. If you are wanting to sell it, you can always start high and see what he counter offers. I have no idea of the condition of your bike so remember to compare apples to apples! There was one on craigslist somewhere in the U.S. (I don't remember where) that ran and was for sale for $1,200. That listing has been deleted so I am guessing it sold but for who knows how much after negotiations.

Well if you do want to sell, just like Chris said, start high and give plenty of wiggle room. If he insist you give him a price, say "well I would love to get say $1800 but i'm very flexible". If he starts talking you may be able to work out a deal. If he balks then he is looking for something cheap under a grand. Without seeing your bike we are all shooting in the dark at this point.
