I have a 74 cb750, and I'm 6'4"... I am interested in a larger set of wheels and shocks for the bike. Overall, I'm looking to make the bike look/feel larger. I'll probably switch out the swing arm too. Any thoughts on what/where to buy?

I am pretty sure that the cb900f/1100f shocks are an inch longer than stock but I don't think the wheels and shocks are going to make the bike feel any bigger except at the stop lights. You may consider different bars and peg locations.

+1 on looking into peg and bar adjustment first.
I'm about 6'3" and ride a CB550.....answer for me was to put drag bars on the bike and install rearsets to get my feet further back on the bike. Did wonders for comfort and looks.
I think if you go messing with wheel size and shocks you may risk compromising the handling of the bike. IMO what makes a person look too big for a bike is when the knees tower over the tank when riding.....getting your feet lower or further back helps correct that and increases comfort at the same time.
Good luck.
