How many feet of pipe will a 25 foot roll do? There are a few factors, It all depends on how wide of wrap you use, the size of pipe you are wrapping, how many turns, and how much overlap you want to do. I found this header wrap calculator. I know it does not answer your question of how many feet of pipe you can wrap with 25' of wrap but you can use it to get an idea how much you would need for your project. www.heatshieldproducts.com/pages/exhaust-wrap-calculator/57Chris

I have 4 into 4 pipes that are slash cut right below my foot pegs on my CB500. It took two 25' rolls with minimal overlap and 2" wide wrap..I had 3 feet left over..hope that helps soak the header wrap in water also and when its all wrapped let the exhaust get warm and it will cinch right down on to the exhaust

Diameter of pipe x 3.14 will give you the circumference. I did my pipes with a 1 in overlap on 2 in pipe. Using a 1.5" diameter for your exhaust pipe it will take about, 4.75" to do one wrap. So with 1 in of overlap on 1.5 in pipe a 25ft roll should do about 63" of pipe. Bends and joins will use up more material. I have always done twins so I can't comment about the joins. I hope this helps.
