Pretty easy from what I've seen. Most parts are available through bike bandit/babbitts.

Hello everyone... I have technically met my goal. About 2 hours ago. My project "Heartache" coughed and sputtered on the first kick, and roared to life on the second. It's a little hard to keep running with no throttle cables... but fingers in the throttle bores moving the slides seemed to work well. One major design flaw has been discovered though.. I break the key off in the ignition when I kick start the bike... SO. We will be redesigning that. I made a small video. I'll try and post it tonight.

That's 550! I don't know if I'd call what I do with a guitar "playing" but I was taking lessons and enjoying it very much just before I was laid off... I will probably start taking lessons again in the fall. Hard to say though... I've got that other Triumph frame and springer front end in the rafters.... Who knows. :-D

Me either Hog! The right cylinder runs SO much better than the left right now. It's the one with the ss sleeve. The other one is struggling. Can't wait for the new Amals to get here.

Ok, that was the best trip to the BMV EVER! Take away: Even the "trainee" with 1 month of experience is better than the Guatemalan woman with 15 years because she can clearly speak and comprehend the English language. Affirmative action can suck my balls.
