I am pretty new to motorcycle repairs and am having a charging system issue with my bike...dont really know how to diag...please help. I dont want to throw parts at it with hopes of fixing it.

Buying a maintenance/repair manual is a good investment also. www.clymer.com/ This will also show you full wiring diagrams that indicates what wire goes where and so on.
