Matching numbers frame to engine

So I never have really checked to see if my bikes numbers were "matching" or know if it's even old enough for the numbers to be matching. Something I'm not really familiar with doing but I think my engine may not be original to the bike.  Not that it really matters to me but I am curious. My Title says the bike model is a Kawasaki KZ750H also says so on the sticker by the vin stamp which all match up, vin-JKAKZDH11CA034864 (KZ750H) then the engine # is: KZ750EE068773 ... So a H frame with an E motor?? Or is it supposed to be that way? lol

Idk. My engine is out a 71 and my bike is a 68. But I knew that before I checked numbers because the original owner told me
