I have had a few triumphs in the past but have sold them. I inherited my dads 68 tr6 that he bought new after his death. I had a very reputable, well recommended guy rebuild it top to bottom that guys on this board even recommended. It has a from what I have put together a wet sumping problem. I know the issues that can cause this but I do not the time to deal with plus with having it been my dads and I really don't want to work on it, mental issue I guess, I just want it fix. If any of you know of someone that is has the experience and would deal with it let me know. I would rather an individual that is savoy on these then a shop, I really can't afford someone in business, besides I did that with the rebuild and look where I am at. Everything is new in the motor top to bottom but when it sits it pukes oil out the vent pipe and smokes like a freight train. Thanks all. wm21h8@hotmail.com

The only guys I recommend are those that I've had work done by. Although I trust plenty of my friends locally, when it came time for what I needed I went to one of the best. Last motor I had done I sent up to MI to Ed Valiket. www.shopevengineering.com/service-description.htm?id=12310&name=full-engine-rebuild Old Triumphs can be very finicky and I have known people to get them all buttoned up only to tear it all back down in a week and do it again. There are plenty of capable garage mechanics on this site and if someone is up for it I'm sure they'll chime in. Good Luck
