I bet it's a rebadged Benelli. A lot of those 60s vintage sears bikes were either Benelli or Puch. We had a little 4 stroke Benelli here for a while....ran like crap. Sold it to a guy who rebuilt the engine and got it going. Look for pics of Benelli bikes online and I bet you will find something pretty much identical....then you can figure out what parts you need. well just like any rebuild plan to spend some $$$ It looks more like a 1967 Sears Super Sport 106 to me than the Benelli you might find parts here www.motorwestmotorcycles.com/
