Got the seat pan fiberglassed up. Now it is time to get some padding and vinyl. Going to try this on my own. Any suggestions on foam?  |

Well I got the pan trimmed and ready for some foam and vinyl. Might just use the foam from the original seat.  |

Well now that the girls are done with softball and family vacation is out of the way I might be able to work on the bike some more, lol. I have been working on the seat the last two days. After some research I decided to use close cell foam. Got a camping mat from Wally World.  I decided to go with two layers on the seating area and single layer on bum stop and raised area that covers gap between seat and back of tank.  I used some 80-120 grit sand paper to contour it a little.  It turned out alright. Maybe have it done professionally later. But, will do for now.  The hardest part was at the bum stop. I could not get it tight at the bottom and you can see a little bubble down there. Well now I just need to trim it up a little. |

Slowly but surely getting her put back together. I plasti dipped lower fork legs and rims. It turned out really good.  |

No, my goal was Rockers. I am not even sure I will make that, lol. It makes it hard when you have 2 girls in softball and you coaching.

Well if you ever need some help on it let me know. I've seen some good work happen quick with an extra set of hands on a bike. Is it running as of yet?

No, it is not running. Might take you up on that, especially when it comes to the wiring.

Yea I'm good at wiring now that I've torn apart about 4 or 5 bikes tracing down problems. Also I have a cb350 engine in my garage if you ever have the need for one
