Hi All,
Does anyone know where I can go (or where to purchase) a Y pipe for my CL175 headers? I have sourced a decent set of headers that I'm fitting on my CB175. There is no muffler and my goal would be to trim these headers up a bit and flush them up, install a Y (1.5" ID on the 2 inlets, 1.75" OD on the outlet) and then ultimately have a single muffler mounted out the back.
Any ideas?
I appreciate any help. I'm over in New Palestine.
Thanks!!

if you are cutting the headers, there probably isn't a pre-made y-pipe to your exact dimensions...just my guess, especially for a 175 however, you can fab up about anything and a good start might be here: www.mandrel-bends.com

I finished up my system recently and figured I'd post a couple pictures up here to show the final product. I ended up ordering 2 45 degree 1.5" elbows from Jegs (5.99 a piece), and scored a 8 inch piece of 1.75" pipe from the local shop here for free. Throw in a hacksaw, welder, bench grinder, high temp paint, reverse megaphone shorty muffler from ebay, and some exhaust wrap and I've got the system of my dreams! Let me know what you think! Here it is all welded up and wrapped. The prior picture was the raw pipes painted with high temp paint mocked up. Attachments:

Looks like Honda made the seat... did auto correct change "sets" to seats?
