Whenever we cut steel and aluminum orders, we always wind up with left over pieces the customer didn't need. We call these leftovers "drops". On a daily basis, if a customer comes in and buys the drops as is (no cutting), we give them a discount. The current price on steel drops is $.60 per pound. The aluminum drops are $2.00 per pound. On Friday, 11/23/12, we are holding our version of a Black Friday sale and have lowered the price on drops. From 7:30am to Noon on Friday, the steel drops will be sold at $.40 per pound and aluminum will be $1.75 per pound. If you like to fabricate and use smaller pieces, check us out on Friday morning. Went to Warner Steel today and got some great steel and aluminum drops. Great prices and peaces up to 8FT.

do it again, I had to work! We had a fabulous turnout, bigger than expected. Thank You to the guys from this forum that came in, it was nice to meet you. For the first time trying this, we are very pleased with how it went. We have also decided to do it again in the Spring, kind of a spring cleaning sale. I think we'll hold it on a Saturday in late April or so. The thought is that a Saturday maybe easier for guys to attend. We'll let you know. Mike Warner |

Warner Steel is having another sale.
We opened our doors on 7/5/95. To celebrate our 18th anniversary, we are having a two-day sale.
Friday 7/5/13 from 7:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday 7/6/13 from 7:30am to Noon (added extra day so some of you could come)
Same story as above:
Steel drops will lower to $.40 per pound
Aluminum drops will lower to $1.75 per pound

Black Friday Sale - advance notice. TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY!! It's almost time for our annual sale and we've expanded it to TWO days. Friday, 11/29/13, from 7:30am to 5:00pm. Saturday, 11/30/13 from 7:30am to Noon. Angles, channels, sq & rect tube, flat bar, round bar, sheet, plate, etc. Steel drops will be lowered to $.40 per pound. Aluminum drops will be lowered to $1.75 per pound. (Our normal everyday prices are $.60/# for steel and $2.00/# for aluminum.) "Drops" consist of two items: 1) the leftover pieces from jobs we cut 2) full length material that may have slight bends or rust The material in the sale must be taken in whatever length you find it.
