XS650 rebuild?

My xs650 is leaking oil from a gasket and I think an exhaust bolt is cross threaded. Mostly i just want it cleaned, painted, and checked over. I cant find anyone one reliable to do it. Seems everyone who says they will... doesnt come through.

One outfit in Greenwood supposedly stole a bunch of money and motors from the xs board. The best recommended xs board guys are all stupid expensive or booked up.

Anyone have any input on someone who rebuilds these older motors locally?
