Looking good Steve, whats your trick to get it back into the frame? Couch cushions? well if it was down to the frame, id just set the engine on its side and drop the frame down on it. But since its a roller, i will have to pad it all up with something and I will just pick it up and slide her in. |

Looks pretty bad right now with the miss matching color, and the florescent lighting doesnt help, but its progress. I adjusted the valves ,installed new tach oil seal. Next up tape off and paint the bottom end. As you can see the new and old paint dont match up. its the same color but one is old and dingy.   |

sure looks better when the paint matches.  good thing i decided to go thought the carbs. Float valve filter is a mess.  |

thanks, im currently cleaning the carbs. Dipping them in Berrymans carb and parts dip for 3 hours each, rinsing with hot water then air compressor them dry. Stuff works great. in the mean time im prepping the frame for some touch up. Work here at Fedex is obviously crazy and the time of year is busy so progress is slow but very close to being done. |

Now have finished the touch up of the frame i scratched up pulling the motor before taking out the exhaust studs. duh!! Thanks Kim for loaning me the paint, reducer and gun.   I will have the engine installed on new years day!! |
