Yes Shannon, its a twingle, 250cc v-twin cylinder. one jug, one carb, two stroke. 1965, pretty much all original except the petcock and the lame mirrors, that are coming off. the tank was painted flat black, ill repaint and clear it to kind of match the other parts of the bike. its more rough than the pic shows but runs great and most everything is there including the original tire pump and hose, and tools with the leather pouch.

so the previous owner has some strange oil in the side of the tank that takes two stroke oil. I emptied it out and put straight two stroke oil in, and then i changed out the crank case oil right after. I also adjusted the oil pump per the maintenance book. Seems to be smoking a little more like a two stroke should. I was slightly worried it wasnt getting enough oil. better to smoke a lot and then make slight adjustments. Ive played with modern two strokes but not many 60's smokers.
the bike is really cool. looks good next to the dream.

Cool bike I remember as a young man walking around sears and seeing those bikes on the sales floor. I had no idea that they were two strokes and one jug two cyl. And one carb on the side. Wow who made the motor the head looks a lot like my 49 harley 125 two stroke.
