I didn't take any photos. Got there around 8 most folks were leaving. Got a sandwich and there were about 5 folks left outside. Good thing, cause I needed a push start.

We were trying to figure out why everyone leaves so early from the Steer In. Only thing we could come up with was all the Lucas wiring and vintage bike headlights after dark.

Touche! If all things go well, I should have ONE of my oldies running soon.
I would love to make it to Taco Tuesday... unfortunately I have to run all the way back east after work to let our dogs out then back out to Brownsburg. Not sure I would make it before 8pm.

We were trying to figure out why everyone leaves so early from the Steer In. Only thing we could come up with was all the Lucas wiring and vintage bike headlights after dark. many leave to get beers. for some strange reason SI didn't renew their liquor license. people used to stay a bit later but, it is a week night after all, and many (me) show up at 6. it seems like many come and go in shifts, like those scooter people, making for an ever changing and interesting mix. the more diverse the better. people will be more likely to bring out that odd garage built, or the thing you wanted as a kid but haven't seen in 30 years. I rode my new bike till my old bike was good enough to get me there. several people come in cars just to look at bikes. they may be among the most enthusiastic. but the lucas equipped, do seem to leave as the sun sets...
