Dip my carbs for 8 hours yesterday. May be the best $4 I have spent in awhile. There was so much junk in the dip. The bodies were pretty clean to start, but the insides had a lot of grime. No wonder why the bike was running so poorly, lol.

I did that to my 550 carbs then soda blasted and worked really good.

we, clean, soda blast then ultra sonic them. works great.

This seems like a cheap solution and not as messy as those chem dip paint can things at the auto store. I may try this during a rebuild this winter.
