i cant find any phone number or info on where we even meet up ?? Did you get Rolling Concourse info when you signed in Gordon?

NVM Gordon, i finally got an email today saying
"Hi All,
Your Rolling Concours credentials and event tickets (if you purchased them via CW) will be held at the main IMS Administration building at the Will Call window.
"They will be held under a special “Cycle World Rolling Concours Participant” file.
The tickets will not be held in our official ticketing system under the customer’s name."
Please let the IMS staff know you are with the Cycle World Rolling Concours, then provide your name and photo ID.
IMS Administration building:
4790 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN
Located on the corner of W 16th and Georgetown Rd.

Hi All,
Attached is a map of the track indicating the various gear check locations on site. This map also shows where the Plaza is located. The Rolling Concours will be directly in front of the Pagoda in the Plaza.
The track will have ample security and video surveillance, so please feel free to park your bike overnight on Friday if you wish.
Please enter the track through the south tunnel, Tunnel 2. You should be receiving from IMS, Tunnel 2 directions with your tickets as well as a wristband that says “Plaza” and “Rolling Concours” on it. If you’ve seen the Ducati Island wristbands that IMS generates for their parking area, it will be the same thing but with Rolling Concours on it.
Also. Important. For the motorcycle track lap on Fri. evening, you will need to exit the facility (Tunnel 2) and re-enter off of 30th street for the Track Lap Friday evening.

A friend of mine loaned my sun in-law a 71 Triumph for the week so he wont have to ride his noisy V ROD.  |
