My 1973 Kawasaki H1 Mach III 500 build pics

Been working on her for a couple months now and making some slow progress. Powdercoated frame and rims, new spokes, complete crank rebuild, new pistons and bore. All engine bearings and seals replaced. Getting there, have MotoGPWorks expansion chambers going on too. So far so good.....hope she starts

Looks great, I really like the wheels? Did you powder coat them yourself or have it done?

The frame and rims were powder coated by Pace Performance Coatings in Brownsburg. I have have used Pace many times, they do great work! I laced and trued the rims with new chrome spokes. Thanks.

Taggat, that was the H2. Big brother 750. Although the H1 has enough power to do the job too!

Hey Wave, looks great. How did you polish the engine. Those vintage two strokes are awsome to ride.

I wet sanded the top case fairly smooth then took a buffing wheel on my drill and went at it. the side covers are much brighter than the case. I will get more pics up soon as I am just about finished. Thanks.
