I'm working on a RD400 right now..Came with a bunch of extra parts. I also have a gas tank off an R5. Let me know what you need I might have something.

Cool project, but I must ask... Is that a go kart against your wall? Do you still race? Yeah, It's a Southern Flyer, don't do too much with it right now. Me and my grandson used to go all the time till he got his license. But other things are more important to him right now.

The tank is useable, but will need to be cleaned out. I have some front master cylinders that work, but would also need to be cleaned up. PM me if you want to take a look.

be carefull with the jetting, I used to have a rd 400 that had expansion chambers and pods that ate pistons and then of course cranks ahh happy days

Well instead of trying to find good fork tubes and trying to rebuild a junk master cylinder and caliper. 92 FZR 600 front end swap. I'll do the rear this winter. Attachments:
