just wondering. i dont really see any choppers in the photos.
not being rude, i was just curious.
i figured there isnt,since theres no trophy for "best Chopper"?
are they not welcome?

All bikes are eligible for people’s choice. We did not create a chopper class because of the modern chopper crowd that may roll out in mass. Not that they are not welcome. All bikes are welcome and if some guy shows up on a modern $50,000 custom chopper that everyone votes on he'll win people’s choice. Maybe next year we should create a pre 80's chopper class. We (TonUp Indy) are by definition a cafe racer club and that is what the event was modeled around 7 years ago. It has obviously grown and evolved to what it is today. We still put our stamp on it and try to stay true to our core values. Even our local club has morphed a bit from a strict you must have and ride a café racer to be a member mentality.
69bonnie you could put your bike in the bobber class if you like. We have a blured line in voting when it comes to bobbers and vintage choppers.

I thought you lived in Bloomington? Deacon Sean said you were building a Triumph. Make sure you come over Friday. We can pick up partying where we left off during the GP weekend. hahaha! i have been wondering where my socks have been? its my only pair!
i need help with changing my rotor out in my altenator. rotor is super weak. i have a rotor,just dont have air to get that tab/bolt off.
sounds like a plan.
i just saw your number posted. i lost yours that next day last year. i asked deacon sean for it a couple times,but i think he was knee deep in guiness both times.

how long is the ride. my 69 dream will make it but the seat is not comfy at all. if the ride is more than 30 mins. ill bring my cafe.

The ride is around 75 miles but we stop half way through for some refreshments. I did it on my 66 in proned race position a few weeks ago and it was fine. There are plenty of curvies to keep your butt moving around on the seat.
Taggat are you going to come over Friday?
