This is what Im building this winter. It was a fun little bike, but blow out the rings on my left piston. So now its time for a rebuild. Im gonna rebuild the motor and do some heavy modifications to the frame. The first picture is what I started with, the next is what I plan on it looking like when completed.   |

Haha, yah the GF is pretty understanding. I ran out of room in the garage and thought the bedroom would do.

Well I started tearing into it and got every disassembled.
I lost some power and it started to smoke and pour oil this past season.
I got the jug of and got the the piston and low and behold the sealer rings just fell off into a million pieces.
so plan of action. Im going get the head honed. Order two new piston kits. Carbs where kinda trashed, so Im gonna get some from a 175( 20mm instead of 18), and try to get this thing back on the road. Ill post some pictures later of the process.
oh by the way, if you ever break down a bike in your bedroom, remember to drain the oil out. hahaha

My wife won't even let me put a table up in the back of the house to do engine assembly... Lucky! Nice Honda btw. :-)

Bad news guys. I lost my job and will bills and that fun stuff, this has to take a back seat for now. I hope within the month I can get it rolling.

I was thinking of doing an orange frame and blue tank and side covers. I like the red and silver colors too
