I just found out what I was using is listed as abrasive buffs on Dremels site. I think they were around $4.

They seem to work really well for my applications. I ran the dremel at around 15000rmp. I think that is what it suggests. Any faster and the material deteriorates too fast.

So i was planing to have it done by last NYE. Looks like I'm only a year behind schedule! With that said I finished the front end lastnight and all I have left is to cut the chain down, fill with fluids and fire it up. After 6 years at this I hope to finish some night this week. Will probably have a starting party so everyone can cheer or console me.
