Sorry if anyone has been trying to contact me and I've failed to respond. My name is Don Nicholls and I'm the Resource Development Specialist with Hamilton County (IN) Parks and Recreation. Chris F was kind enough to respond to my CL posting and let me know that there was interest by forum members, that did not receive a response to their inquiries about an upcoming event being organized by Hamilton County Parks. Here are the details:
Register now for the upcoming FREE Hamilton County Parks & Recreation's Cool Creek Vintage Vehicle Expo - presented by Collision Cure. On Saturday, August 20th all wheel cool vehicles (cars, trucks and motorcycles) from days gone by, will meet at Collison Cure in Westfield, IN for check-in (pre-registration required) and will be escorted to Cool Creek Park to display and enjoy the day's FREE family-friendly activities - including entertainment and a free bouncehouse. Judging will be followed with prizes and plaques awarded in various categories. First 100 to register will receive a Vintage Vehicle t-shirt. The public is welcome

SPREAD THE WORD - THIS IS A FREE (and open) SHOW -to both exhibitors and the public. AAAAAnd: all pre-registered participants receive a free "wheel cool" t-shirt. (While supplies last.)

If I know in advance, I can make arrangements to accommodate the group. With attendees registering now, I'll have a better handle on the turnout and be prepared with the proper number of prizes, t-shirts, entertainment and such. Soooo...send for your registration form now and return it asap. I would love to see HUGE group of vintage motorbikes dominate this event! (Or atleast be fairly well represented. Make a day of it! Spread the word. (So far, we have a number of antique firetrucks entered. Wild, right?!)

WilliamC89 - It will be great to have you, your dad, along with your aunt Agnes and her 14 cats join us! Everyone is welcome. Send your email address to me at my office [e-mail] and I'll send you an info sheet and registration form tomorrow. How cool would it be if the bikes outnumber the cars at this event!

BTW - THIS IS AN OPEN SHOW! DO YOU HAVE TO SHOW UP ON A VINTAGE MOTORBIKE? NO...BUT IT SURE WILL HELP DURING THE JUDGING!
