Hey all. Since I might have to take a buy out at work. (possibly losing job) I decided to be pro-active and get a small blasting and powder coating business off the ground. Should have this stuff down in a couple weeks. Please keep me in mind for your small parts, swing arms and smaller for now until I can upgrade to a bigger oven. Whatever your quoted by the big dog's ill beat it. For now im practicing on dummy parts and parts for my H1. I have Gloss Black, Silver, Clear, and Chrome alternative. I can order just about any color. I will post a color chart soon.  |

Great idea man! Can you fit a rim in that oven? my main goal is to get an oven that i can fit rims into. I dont think this one will but it does fit a swingarm. Ill keep everyone posted, i am getting displaced at my work. So i need to get this thing going!!!! |

gettin there. purchased a newer gun with dual voltage, hope to get it soon and try it out. Its so much cheaper to do it your self once you have the equipment.  |

thanks, im getting there with it. I blasted it, then wire wheel, cleaned, dried , powder coated. took about an hour and 20 mins or so. i did some other parts along with it.

Picked up a 69 z50a Im gonna break down soon,I think the frame will fit in your cab.might get a quote from you soon.

What kind of colors are u able to powder coat in at the moment? Powder comes in tons of colors. i just have to order it. Currently i have gloss black, silver base and a chrome ish powder. I plan on getting the base colors soon and a clear coat. |

I'm looking to do a frame in bright red and one in a 350 Chevy orange kind of color soon. I'll be ready to tear the bike down when I send the motor out for machining.
