Wonder if you couldnt just heat it up and slowly round it back out with a similar dia. impact socket or equivalent.

almost ready to paint, just need a little bondo on the tank. two small dents.  took the forks back off and powder coated them instead of the paint job i did before i started PC'ing.  |

Wish help from the Two-Stroke master (Wavehog33 / Keith) we have a torn down triple engine. Anyone that wants a two stroke engine rebuilt, make sure you talk to keith aka wavehog. He's done zillions of dirt smokers and several vintage street two strokes. Case almost ready to soda blast  Crank is going to Charlie Smith in Jarrettsville, MD for a rebuild. This guy specialized in kawi triple crank rebuilds.  |

little mock up here, remember ill be putting Kawasaki decal on the tank and racing stripe down the top of the fender, headlight hub, tank and tail. Also the swing arm and rear tire is not on, so the bike will be level not aimed up.  here you can see the gold hub poppin!  |
